The Haunt at Old Town Comes Screaming Back

The popular annual Halloween event returns this weekend to Old Town.  In partnership with the area’s only year-round haunted house, Mortem Manor, the South Plaza of Old Town will transform into a veritable playground of terror, where fears and phobias come to life.

The area’s affordable Halloween event will run select nights September 28 – November 3, including Halloween night, October 31.  The Haunt at Old Town will feature additional mazes, photo opportunities, and scare-actors lurking around every corner, plus every weekend there will be a live performance of the Halloween hit song, “Thriller.”  Every weekend also includes Old Town’s traditional Friday Nite Muscle Car and Saturday Nite Classic Car Shows and Cruise.

“The annual Haunt at Old Town has always been a favorite for local and visiting guests” says Old Town Vice President and General Manager Thearon Scurlock.  “Working with Mortem Manor, who specialize in the art of the scare, not only proves our commitment to our guests and their overall experience but reinforces our brand as an affordable shopping, dining and entertainment attraction in the Orlando area.”

Tickets for The Haunt at Old Town are as low as $7.00 and can be purchased online or onsite.

The Haunt at Old Town includes graphic scenes, suggestive themes and intense imagery and is intended for mature audiences. The event is not recommended for children but is up to parent’s discretion.

For families, Halloween at Old Town on October 31 will delight any little ghost or goblin.  The nighttime event features free trick-or-treating, costume contest, a Halloween themed car show, live entertainment and more.
